Viva Brazil Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives the studio enough time to fill the slot. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours or if the client fails to show, the price of the services for which the appointment was set will be charged to the credit card we have on file. The client then has 7 days to redeem the services at no additional charge, at the discretion of the studio. If no card has been provided and the client fails to show up for their appointment, they will be asked to provide a credit card upon re-booking to hold the appointment.  If it is an emergency just contact us by phone or email.
