Clients may control Viva Brazil Wax + Skin messaging at any time by signing into their client profile and updating their messaging preferences. Clients may also opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
End users opt in when booking an appointment with Viva Brazil Wax + Skin online at Viva Brazil booking system or in person. During online booking (Boulevard platform), the client enters their mobile number and must actively check an optional consent box stating: “I agree to receive appointment-related and marketing text messages from Viva Brazil Wax + Skin at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” For in-person bookings, staff ask for verbal consent and record it in the client’s profile marketing preferences in our booking system. Clients can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by updating their preferences with our staff.
